Spend a weekend there with good friends. Let the day unfold at its own pace, leaving space for whatever calls: long walks, quiet moments of noticing, and a dip in the lake if the mood strikes. Supper is slow and simple — freshly caught fish, of course — followed by negronis, candlelight, and a game of cards.
