Nature is a fine dining restaurant concept for a hotel in Central England. The provenance of the food – where and how it’s grown is central to both the ethos of the restaurant and the creation of the menu. 

Echoing this attention to detail, pen and ink seemed the perfect medium to illustrate ingredients; British grown and celebrated for all their tasty but wonky imperfections! Proper ingredients, done well. Likewise the images curated for this project are immersive
